These terms govern your use of the CashPop Rewards customer app and related customer services provided by Rewin LLC, operating as CashPop.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13, meet any higher age shown for the app or a merchant program, and be legally permitted to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use CashPop only with permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide a phone number assigned to you, protect verification codes and devices, and keep account information accurate.

What CashPop provides

CashPop is a loyalty-record and communications platform for participating physical merchants. The app may display store information, memberships, points, offers, receipts, gift cards, and merchant-issued store credit. CashPop does not operate an online marketplace, sell merchant products, provide delivery, or complete product checkout in the customer app.

Merchant-issued rewards

• Rewards, points, offers, gift cards, and store credit are issued and honored by the applicable participating merchant.
• Points and promotional rewards have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and are not transferable unless a merchant’s lawful written terms expressly allow it.
• Eligibility, earning, expiration, exclusions, redemption, returns, and availability may differ by merchant and location.
• Rewards are void where prohibited and apply only to lawful, eligible goods or services under the merchant’s terms and applicable law.
• CashPop may correct display errors, suspend misuse, or remove an unlawful or misleading reward, but the merchant remains responsible for honoring a valid reward it issued.

Gift cards and store credit

Stored value is an obligation of the issuing merchant, not a bank deposit or CashPop balance. It cannot be transferred or cashed out through CashPop. The merchant’s lawful expiration, refund, escheatment, and redemption rules control.

Merchant content

Merchants provide business names, descriptions, logos, images, products, offers, and reward terms. They must own or license their content and comply with law. CashPop may review, reject, remove, or restrict content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with platform or app-store rules. Communications

Verification SMS is used to authenticate your account after affirmative consent. Optional merchant SMS, email, and promotional push settings are separate and remain off until selected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of supported SMS programs and HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse codes, accounts, rewards, APIs, merchant content, or another person’s information; interfere with security; automate unauthorized access; commit fraud; or use CashPop in violation of law.

Availability and termination

Merchants may join or leave CashPop and may change lawful reward programs. We may suspend access needed to protect users, merchants, or the service. You may stop using CashPop, sign out, leave individual merchant programs, or delete your account in the app.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. CashPop is not responsible for a merchant’s products, services, premises, independent promises, or failure to honor an invalid or expired reward.
