Tell us about merchant-created content that may be unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with CashPop rules.

Include

• Merchant and location name
• The offer, description, image, or reward being reported
• Where it appeared in the app and when you saw it
• Why it should be reviewed
• A screenshot, if safe and relevant

Safety and privacy

Do not include verification codes, passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or unrelated personal information. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services.

What happens next

CashPop acknowledges reports, preserves relevant evidence, and reviews the merchant content under applicable law and platform rules. We may remove content, request corrections, suspend distribution, or refer the matter to the appropriate merchant or authority.
